Strebor Multimedia operating The Personal Ads™ and associated websites (whereas known as the "Manager") provides computing and information services (the "Services") to those persons ("Members" - to include Free Trial and Paid accounts) who utilize its Service. By using the Service, each Member agrees to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of Use as set forth in the following paragraphs:

No Member may reproduce, or otherwise utilize for commercial purposes, the information provided by The Personal Ads™ throughout the Service without the express written permission of the Manager. Consequently, without such written permission, no Member may use or exploit the names, addresses or other data obtained by use of the Service.

By registering and participating in The Personal Ads™ you verify that you are at least 18 years old and you agree to abide by the following rules:

You will not harass others or use any vulgar, racist, or otherwise offensive language, either in public posted material or in private communications with other The Personal Ads™ members.

You will not include in Your Personal Profile any anatomical or sexual references or sexually suggestive and connotative language.

You will not post any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's and/or E-mail addresses in Your Personal Profile.

You will not post advertisements or forward chain letters.

If you choose to become a paying The Personal Ads™ member, you will be responsible for all charges incurred in accordance with stated prices and billing policies, and agree that your paid membership will be automatically renewed each month until notified otherwise by email by you.

You assume full responsibility for all charges from other providers incurred in accessing The Personal Ads™ service (such as online access providers, telephone service providers, or others).

The Personal Ads™ are not responsible for the use of any personal information that you may choose to disclose on this service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post or release to others.

The Personal Ads™ does not:

• Verify any information posted to the service or guarantee the proper use of such information by any party.
• Review or assume any responsibility for the content of private communications sent between Members using our anonymous remailer.
• Ensure that these messages may not contain material that could be offensive to some.
• Monitor or resolve disputes between members.
• Ensure that offensive material will be promptly removed from the service.
• Ensure secure transmissions over the Internet.

Each Member acknowledges that The Personal Ads™ has copyrighted the contents of the Service as a compilation copyright and that reproductions, redistribution or publication of such content is prohibited without the express written permission from the Manager.

The Manager reserves the right to sole discretion for limiting or denying access to any Member. Trial accounts are limited to one (1) per Member. If the Manager detects multiple free trial accounts or System scripts said accounts may be removed without notice.

By providing information to The Personal Ads™ each Member hereby grants permission for the Manager to use such information for any purpose unless a restriction on such use is transmitted to the Manager by email prior to such use (this may include, but is not limited to, use of photos and general comments). Use may include advertising, web sites presenting success stories of Members in their quest for a significant other or friends.

Each Member agrees to hereby indemnify The Personal Ads™ against any liability relating to use of the Service or for any information provided by such Member or relating to such Members violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use.

Each Member agrees to discontinue communication with any person(s) listed in The Personal Ads™ directory upon request from such person(s).

The Manager undertakes no responsibility to review the contents of any information provided to Members, including but not limited to information accessed through links to other sites and forwarded by email, and by using the Service each Member agrees that The Personal Ads™ shall have no liability for such content.

YOU AND OTHER PROVIDERS OF INFORMATION ARE THE PUBLISHERS OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE PERSONAL ADS™

EACH MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT THE MEMBERS SOLE RISK. NEITHER THE PERSONAL ADS™ NOR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE; NOR DOES THE PERSONAL ADS™ OR ANY OF ITS LICENSORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS MAKE ANY WARRANTY AS TO THE RESULTS TO BE OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS DISTRIBUTED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE, OTHER THAN THOSE WARRANTIES WHICH ARE IMPLIED BY AND INCAPABLE OF EXCLUSION, RESTRICTION OR MODIFICATION UNDER THE LAWS APPLICABLE TO THIS SERVICE. NEITHER MANAGER NOR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY.

This Agreement is entered into in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. You agree that the British Columbia law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the federal and provincial courts in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
